Return, Refund & Warranty Policy
We are committed to delivering premium quality, safety, and transparency to our customers. This policy is governed by Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 and its executive regulations.
1. Golden Trial Refund – 3 Days
What is the Golden Trial?
We offer a 3-day Golden Trial Refund, starting from the date the customer receives the trimmer.
When are you eligible for a full refund?
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You experience cuts, nicks, or abnormal skin irritation
- Caused directly by the trimmer
- During proper and normal use
What does “normal use” mean?
Normal use includes:
- Trimming on clean skin (dry or wet)
- Applying light pressure (no forcing the blade)
- Following the provided user instructions
⚠️ The Golden Trial does NOT cover:
- Misuse or aggressive pressure
- Trimming over open wounds, infections, or damaged skin
- Any use outside the intended instructions
If the trimmer fails where safety matters most,
we take full responsibility.
2. One-Year Warranty on the Device
Warranty Coverage (12 Months):
- Motor
- Battery
- Internal electronics
- Any manufacturing defect affecting performance
Warranty Exclusions:
- The blade (considered a normal wear-and-tear consumable)
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling
- Damage caused by drops, impact, or charging while wet
- Any attempt to open, modify, or repair the device outside our authorized service channels
Warranty period:
- 1 year from the date of delivery
3. Replacement Policy
We offer replacement in the following cases:
- Manufacturing defects
- Device not functioning upon delivery
- Motor or battery malfunction during the warranty period
Replacement conditions:
- Customer must contact support within 48 hours of delivery for visible defects
- Proof of purchase is required
- Product must be returned with all original accessories
4. Returns According to Egyptian Law
In accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law:
- Consumers may return a product within 14 days of delivery
- Provided that the product is:
- Unused
- In its original condition
- In original packaging
- Suitable for resale
⚠️ Due to the nature of personal grooming and hygiene products:
- Used products are not eligible for return
- Except in cases covered under the 3-Day Golden Trial Refund
5. How to Request a Return, Refund, or Warranty Claim
- Contact Customer Support within the applicable period
- Provide the reason for the request
- Share your order number or proof of purchase
- Requests are reviewed within 2–5 business days
- Upon approval:
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method
- Or a replacement is provided, depending on the case
6. Legal Notes
- We reserve the right to inspect returned products to verify eligibility
- Any misuse voids warranty and refund rights
- This policy does not limit or override any consumer rights guaranteed under Egyptian law
